The Surgical Robotics + Innovation Summit (SRIS) has grown a reputation as the leading multidisciplinary and multi-specialty conference for surgical robotics and surgical innovations in Australia, with over 1000 delegates from around Australia attending in the first two years.

We are excited to be hosting the 2024 SRIS on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 June 2024 at the Sydney Masonic Centre.

This two-day program will include plenary sessions, several surgical specialty programs and an abstract session. The specialty programs include urology, colorectal, upper GI, cardiac, thoracic, head and neck, ENT, orthopaedics, benign gynaecology and gynae-oncology, and nursing.

Topics discussed will include surgical robotics, 3D printing, bioprinting, augmented and virtual reality, and immunofluorescence technology with presentations from some of Australia and the world’s leading surgeons and clinicians.

A live surgery session will be held on Friday, with support from Chris O’Brien Lifehouse.

With an ever-changing surgical environment, the SRIS program will include new innovative technologies and surgical robotic devices from around Australia and the world.

Hosted by the Sydney Local Health District’s Institute of Academic Surgery at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, the aim of the conference is to broaden delegates’ knowledge and experiences of the latest developments in surgery.
